So my theory is the black cat version who stays away from mc is the real personality and puppy version is splits. It developed due to lack of sleeping and childhood trauma probably.
If he doesn't sleep for long time or have trouble sleeping, the other personality wakes up and doesn't go away until a certain period of time. He remembers everything that happens even when it is the different personality.
The puppy personality got jealous because mc slept with the real one and argued with him then saw him with another guy and got even more jealous.
We never saw full sex scene with puppy personality but saw it full with the real guy.
The real guy is also older than his splits personality and that's why don't want to call mc hyung probably same age as mc too
