ok… so i’m so over how often rape/sa tropes are plaguing the bl scene because they tend to take away from the overall story rather than add to it. the “you don’t have to read the story then” merchants can attack me on this one but i don’t care. i just don’t find these portrayals of toxic relationships where one partner consistently ends up being harmed by the other- especially meaningful or even remotely compelling. as someone who usually enjoys the childhood friends to lovers dynamic & omegaverse too .. this was extremely disappointing to have to scroll through. #－.－)
