People in real life treat people with birthmarks or any skin problems like we are contagious. I have atopic dermatitis since I was 4 years old and I have been bullied all my childhood so bad that I had to change schools a lot, I always covered my legs because of it (it was really bad in my legs) and even entered to be test subject to some new medication, it only got better after stopping eating any type of meat (I would never get better only by what the doctors said). I spent 16 years being bullied to finally living my life and it's hard to make friends as adults. I still use pantyhose in the Summer when I want to use shorts or skirts just to cover my legs even if I'm sweating and almost passing out
