I feel like he wasn’t scared about having a second child or hated the thought of it, it felt like he was still fighting theninternalized feelings he’s delt with since child hood. It reminds me of the hunger games where katniss obviously didn’t want kids bc of the games but after everythinf she had two with peeta becausw she finally felt comfortable enough to have kids in that world yk, abyways I just wanted to get this thought out
