He knows about the mc's sister situation, and the sister and the mc would likely ask for his help in the future. I think his thought process was: the mc is using their relationship to ask for his help (which in the future he actually would be ready to do so, even with the thought of the mc using him cause he, at this point, is in love with the mc).
I read the novel first so that's my take when finished reading, and this was like a year ago or something so it might be wrong.
im at chapter 67 rn and i'm sorry but this is reading like a yn/ceo story to me bro. why is he so nasty??? he can touch the mc but the mc can't touch him?? some of it just felt like grooming and that's crazy to say esp because these are two grown men. the mc just feels so pretentious to me, is he supposed to be like that? and i saw a comment about the amazing dirty talk but it's just the ml going "you get me hard but i'll hold back for now" in different itterations.
pls, tell me honestly if it gets better. i'm not doing so well.
