his brother is head of psychology association or something - i guessed the same thing. and the whole thing with fog is intertwined with both physical and psychological aspects (ie discussion of innate talents; the effect of additction)
Something tell me that the prison might be bound to Dante's scientists family in some way....what if his brother has a hand in it?
