No, he wouldn't. He almost did and had to stay in the hospital for the rest of his pregnancy and the baby was born prematurely. Before that he was ok, but he heard unsavory things in ML conversation with his friend which was a shock to him and affected his pregnancy.

No, he's gentle and responsible but he's a bit cold and indifferent. MC was well taken care of physically and materially by ML, but emotionally he still had a lot of unresolved worries regarding their relationship and the future which ML was unaware of. So even when ML was being kind and sweet to MC, it was still painful for MC sometimes.

Can I know how the ML found out the child was his, and what his reaction was when he learned the truth? Also, did the MC forgive the ML’s friend after everything he said about him?

Hmmm that's a bit complicated... After that MC got hospitalized. ML told MC he loved him and it didn't matter whether the baby was his or not. But MC was so hurt and upset that he asked for divorce and claimed that the baby is his own not ML's. After that ML didn't dare to meet MC directly, he took that time to reflect on the matter. So rather than learning the truth about the baby, it's more like he realized MC never once lied to him but he still doubted MC and dared to say he loved MC, he felt so guilty about it. Even after they made up, ML didn't dare to say that he's the baby's dad because he didn't deserve it. MC forgave ML's friend because he knew the friend didn't speak with malicious intent (I don't fucking care what his intent was he was rude af everything he said was uncalled for).

Thanks for the spoilers. I suspected the ML would do a paternity test, but hes better than that. I still want to rip his friend's hair out though.
