I'm not sure if it's like that to every child but honestly growing up in a bad or dangerous neighborhood that gets you to have that effect, like, "I'm scared but i have to adapt since this is common" i honestly am just talking from experience but it might be different to everyone
I love jade so much it actually hurts.. it's going good so far but I really don't like it when they show little to no emotions..
For example mc finding out that she reincarnated but she just acts like it's a normal Tuesday for her. Then when she saw someone gets killed Infront of her she just get scared for a second then she's back to normal. This just makes it a bit weird for me cuz mc wasn't even an adult in her past life.. yes you could argue that she matured in the streets or something, but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't make you numb to seeing dead bodies especially if Leticia is a child in both worlds..
