Too many misunderstandings, story is kinda just going in a lot of directions a all at once. Most infuriating thing is how both leads somehow can't communicate at any capacity, you'd think that literal best friends and two people that mutually like each other would be able to say SOMETHING BUT NO we'll get chapters of angst with no relief, This is lowk just an writing problem, the author relies upon misunderstandings and a lack of communication to push the story along, if both leads sat down and talked for a bit literally every problem would subside.
