ikr I don’t mind toxic dynamics if I’m mentally prepared for it from the start. like if it’s labeled dark, then okay, no expectations for fluff! but this one?? it just caught me off guard… I was expecting angst, not THAT in chapter 19...
I’m so sad that it turned out like this, dude. Honestly, people like their toxic dynamics and CNC, but I did not get that vibe at all at the beginning of this… I feel tricked!! Also, if I see a “redemption arc” I’m gonna kill someone, that’s just bad writing. If it’s toxic, just stick to it rather than trynna justify a character. Anyway, to anyone who likes this, wishing you the best!! I’m outta here!!
