Whatever, bet no one’s here for the plot anyway, because it’s so all over the place. The author is trying to be so “deep” and so philosophical, but hell nah, it’s just mind fuck atp. Read the first chapters of Pearl Boy AGES ago when that manhwa was just released, dropped it after 20-ish chapters because hell nah—started THIS manhwa because why not? Maybe I’ll like the plot here more, and MAYBE the author managed not only to upgrade their artistic skills but also their writing. But yeah, I came to the conclusion, since I am already this deep into the story, why not just read this without using my brain, cause the moment I THINK too hard about the plot, the premise, the characters, my brain will literally shut off. I am not completely hating… the story has some interesting outlines and great art style, and I so SO wanted to get attached to the characters so that I can FEEL the angst with all my heart (I love angsty stories hehe~) BUT NOOO, I am just here reading it without using my brain. #ignore the plot, only here for the art.
But hopefully, author-nim will choose to upgrade their writing and not only focus on the art
