Some teachers are like this lol.... I experienced something similar where the teacher would ask things "for the classroom". Like aircon, tv, speaker, and mic. Where all the parents are required to split the total cost she had provided. Then once she has the money she'll only buy sub standard quality for which the amount are lower than the cost she originally provided.
How did I know? Let's say that she "originally plan" to buy Brand A but choose Brand E since it's cheaper. She was able to pocket some money.lol hahaha.
