it's an omegaverse, the seme is the usual toxic alpha male (a blondie) who has a problem with his pheromones so he pays the uke, an omega. The uke is mistreated in the mansion to the point he's not able to see his dying parents. After that, he leaves the mansion and the seme and i stopped there.
