Didn't in the later chapter it was shown that his dad was actually not evil like he ( the MC) got his memory back .
I don't know I could be wrong also since I have almost for return most of the parts of the story
After re-reading from Ch1 I don’t think the MC is a reliable story teller and Guwon might not be as bad as he thinks. I think the dad was either trying to kill the MC or was already killed by the burglars and the MC just can’t remember correctly. As for the Dr and his family he had already lost his mind and was unstable I think his family might have actually been zombies and Guwon killed them. As for how he is running the village idk maybe that’s just his twisted sense of how he thinks society should be.
