I think some readers may have had expectations after coming from “green flag ML” posts but when really the premise of the story after MC’s manifestation was never fluffy, and more about rejection of identity and self (aka his traits which includes ML)
Su ah’s behaviour in chapter 19 was hinted from the start, the moment he began to scent mc and follow him even after being rejected. It would be out of character for him to hold back after being finally given the opportunity to be in this close of a proximity and intimacy with mc after years
