Lowk piss me off that the manhwa says he's a spy or assassin but he's a hitman. They are similar but different job descriptions.
Bro is literally there to just kill. He sucks ass doing pretend game. He isn't trained to be good at that skill set but his clients made sure that it was him who should kill the top and get some bs documents because of money.
Personally, I don't think the bottom is dumb but there's just some info gap he just haven't learned like larping with elite society. That's why he struggles so much.
