Its a Japanese BL set in highschool. It was awhile ago so some details might be a little off. I hope this is okay :(( So the MC is able to read minds (if I remember correctly he is kinda popular I'm not sure). Anyway, one of his classmates is always calling him "cute" in their head. At first he felt a little weird but came to like being called cute by them. He and classmate start hanging out more and even kiss but when he confronted them or said he liked them, they were confused and didn't seem to feel the same way. That is all I remember because it was ongoing at the time I found it. Please help me!
