Me too, it was driving me crazy. Like imagine how dirty his fingers were to put it in.

In this case I bet hands might be one of the cleanest parts and at least get wiped or washed at times.
Their other parts are probably making pungent butter from spoiled milk while vigorously fucking.

Pungent butter lmaoo, I was thinking of the very first time they did it in the dungeon. Like that place had to been dusty/dirty as hell.

They did it first time in dungeon. Not some fancy modern dungeon for hunters, I mean old grimy one for prisoners.
I just constantly kept thinking the hygiene standards while reading the series. >_<'
