Didn't they get married and invited their coworkers? I'm so confused (o_O) ?

They only invited a few trusted co-workers. So yes some know they are married, but the higher ups are bit more "traditional" so they aren't privy to their marriage. Just under the impression that they have girlfriends waiting for them
