Bruh it was obvious from the start that TJ is gonna be the endgame
A love of 10 years can't be replaced by a 3 months fun ( it's not even a love , it was one sided from Jo)
Plus Jo's fans threatened the Author
So which side is trying to change the end lol ?
Woah Jo's fans r such a delulu toxic criminal people
Cry harder sore loser
Lmao, Love can change. It's not about 10 years or a 3 months relationship (I'm talking based from experience). It's obvious from the start the author wants to make jo as the endgame. But because the majority of dry sand is TJ fans, they changed it. Lol even most of the TJ fans dropped this shit because they think Jo is the endgame in the beginning. And oh please, lot of TJ fans threatened the author, but they don't go as much to personally tell them. You guys are toxic too :)
She did?! Which part? Was it when they first hooked up, and he told Jo if he didn't have to go to work? When he abandoned him at his aunt's house to go to TJ, or in the bathroom right after hooking up with Jo, where he literally asked him to run away together. Yeah... Now that I think about it, YW choosing Ian came out of nowhere. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Nah. I think that interpretation overlooks a lot of what the story establishes early on. Ian's connection to TJ remains consistent throughout, even when he explores something different with Jo.
The ending reflects his established character arc rather than external influence. Jo represents a meaningful but ultimately incompatible possibility, whereas TJ aligns with Ian's lived reality. Calling it fan-driven doesn't really account for that narrative consistency.
And let me add: I also think part of the reaction comes from how differently people perceive TJ and Jo. TJ doesn't really fit into a clean moral framework whereas Jo is easier to read as a good character. That tends to shape how people interpret the outcome.
At the same time the author leaves a lot of things implied rather than explicitly spelled out. That kind of subtle writing invites interpretation but it can also lead people to overanalyze certain aspects while missing the underlying throughline and the connections the story is actually building on.
Ig. But the main issue between TJ and Ian was the gang. That was their obstacle. If it wasn't because of that, they would have been together a long time ago. It would make zero sense to set the story like that, to then, at the end, be like "Well, TJ quit the gang, I am still leaving hihi". The moment TJ quit the gang, that was the moment I knew neither Jo nor Solo was an option. I remember reading it, and from the moment the aunt situation happened during christmas I was like.... yeah, he is not it.
Ian went to Jaime after he killed the man in the alley who was targeting Joseph. Jaime used Jo and his family to bait Ian to go for him willingly, not to TJ. Ian made a deal with Jaime to protect the Landi’s family, that’s why he ended up messing with the Brown Bear gangs because Jaime wanted to mess TJ with the Asian gang and BB gang. It was TJ who looked for Ian and found him, then f**ked the sh*t out of Ian at a dirty public bathroom, and at the same time, Ian was also thinking about Jo. LMAO sure, let’s remove all the context and nuances.
But it was never out of LOVE, it was to not see innocent people hurt. He made it clear multiple times. Throughout the story that he didn’t want more innocent people to get hurt. Unlike TJ which was just because of him and because he can’t quit him. I meaaaan… Ian was looking for TJ. Did you miss him asking the investigator if he knows the whereabouts of TJ? And lamenting how he was abandoned? He asked like 3 times “what about TJ?” TJ finally reached out because of the situation with Big bear. And that’s when the public bathroom happens that to reiterate after they consensually fcked. yw asked him to run away together. Yeah he was… about how much of a piece of shit he was for playing with him. Not that he missed him or thinks about him when he comes like he does with TJ. Do you know the context?!
Not the big bear… but the murdering of the 5 guys. Where TJ actually calls him out for continuing to get involved. And sure it was for Jo and his family. But that’s again, not because he loves him the same way he loves TJ, but again… because he doesn’t want HIM AND HIS FAMILY to get hurt. Unlike TJ that he was willing to sacrifice a limb to big bear in order for TJ not to be blamed for his actions. Idk how you guys can’t see the difference between how Ian treats Jo and TJ. Bro is in a constant “say the words and we can leave together”. Vs with Jo which has always been “you’re doing too much”. Remember when in the tent he asked him to be exclusive with him and just have sx with only him and YW passed out instead of answering. He didn’t even want Jo to call him by his god given name. The moment I saw that scene I knew it was not end game. And kind of felt kind of bad for Jo. cuz imagine if every calls you jenny and you’re like nah. Jennifer for you. While allowing your crush to call you Jenny? I’d ff. I could go on and on. About the moments Ian put TJ first and viceversa.
I completely agree on that. From my perspective, it hasn't been 10years of fluffy love. It's been 10 years of passionate love that ended up hurting Ian multiple times and a lot of his behaviour after that is similar to someone being in a toxic relationship and having trouble leaving. Therefore, him choosing TJ does leave a bad taste. But it comes down to how I interpret TJ and Ian. Ian saying he loves TJ can be seen as unreliable POV in that context.
A better exemple, is in childhood friends complex. People have been really annoyed lately with the ML, but the FL explicitly said that even if they don't end up together, she'll always love him because it is what it is. As a reader, you just had to accept.
But here, it felt like Ian kept trying to leave TJ and always found excuses to come back (which can be interpreted as true love or toxic dependency)
Delulus everywhere
So the Author intended to make Jo the endgame? Lol , u r pathetic and embarrassing both urself and Jo,
Ian always thought about TJ when with Jo
He never forgot him , always run to him
In the end he had chosen him
If u can't read / u r blind sorry can't help with this
It's funny that it hurted u guys so much that u creating so many funny theories , keep up the good work TJ team are enjoying it
Seeing u all frustrated
In the end TJ won , Jo lost
It's TJIAN , Ian chose TJ
U can do nothing about it
U r becoming the talk of everyone lol by threatening the Author + saying that the story is bad just cause ur Jo lost + badmouthing Ian saying he is toxic just because he didn't pick Jo
Lol , I feel sorry for ya
Cry harder I swear ur rage baiting ( after the end of this story ) is more interesting then Jo lol

this story genuinely went to shit lmfao, it was obvious that tj wasn’t gonna be endgame but fan popularity won i guess
