I’m thinking Yuta meant that for him to remain as a human he had at least one emotion and it was rage. But Seunghyun gave him hope.. And shattered it. So after that Yuta just became numb to everything, not even caring how to survive and just trying get by - whoring his own soul out. He may not show it on the outside but on the inside this dude’s far gone. He has nothing to lose, nothing to feel, nothing to regret. He’s not even feeling bitter about their past - he’s just disappointed and pities Seunghyun for even considering having feelings for Yuta
how i saw it i think he feels like he betrayed himself by not being able to completely hate seunghyun. like he lost his self respect bc he kept hanging onto the hope of being able to be with seunghyun after the way he was treated and abandoned by him
