The scientist with black hair and wearing glasses exposed that the organization is doing a secret experiment on Shuu to the whole world, and thus Shuu was free and finally able to be Honda's mate (like bite his neck). After that, Shuu starts working in the lab to develop antibiotics for the future omega, since he is labeled by an alpha, there's no worry of his hormones losing control. It wasn't clear at the end, but I think Shuu did end up getting pregnant since he didn't get his monthly mating phase? They didn't really clarify because they ended with a panel of Shuu questioning himself being pregnant and the final panel is them smiling at each other so im not sure.
