I think it might be oneshot? I'm not sure. The story is about a boy who is back from the dead, the reason why is because a dragon(?) said that they did a mistake by taking his life too early and he got send back to the earth. There's also a girl chara with pigtails hair. I think he start to changed for some reason after that events and later finally confessed why to that girl when they are on ferry wheels i think
Oh ya, by "changed" i mean he start to get really quiet, don't find anything enjoyable anymore and stuff. The girl also did take him everywhere so he can have fun again :)
