Everyone is still questioning if Guwon actually killed the dad because Jinwoo is an unreliable narrator, but I think he did. In the prologue you can see the water bottle laying at the feet of the man Guwon hit right where Jinwoo remembers his dad dropping it.
Someone also HAD to have been taking care of Jinwoo as he was injured badly but his injuries had been bandaged up. The only person who could have done that was his dad unless we want to theorize about an unseen fourth party.
What throws me off is Jinwoos unconscious aggressive tendencies and him occasionally reacting in a bizarre way to blood? But the reactions to blood aren't consistent so it's hard to theorize.
