I was honestly shocked to see that she left so suddenly in chapter 39 because that escalated quickly. They just slept together the previous chapter then she goes missing the next chapter. Also, the last 5 chapters were too rushed. I like the ML because he's a yearner, but they had a lot of miscommunication in the story that idk if they resolved everything, or even communicated. Also, the disease thingy was too fast and they just resolved it idk everything feels a bit wrong and is out of place. Plot is quite confusing, so I'll give it 2.9/5.
