I completely agree, Jaehyuk just literally backed Garam into a corner. He knows that to some extent, Garam had a lot of problems in high-school about being open. Jaehyuk is not fully understanding the situation, he even knows Garam had problems with his last relationship. I have a partner and recently I had situation that somewhat put in an issue kinda similar to Garam's and Jaehyuk. But luckily I was to take time to think on a few things and talk to my partner about how i was feeling. They just a few days probably to just cool off.
YESS REALLLLL and like they cant understand each other because jaehyuk has always been privileged in the sense that hes only been with girls before garam therefore he can not understand the homophobia and trauma garam has gone through and had always had wealth so he doesnt get why cutting contact with his parents isnt good because hes always been served the silver platter (imo).
the issue is never resolved because they never had a proper converstaion where they both understood why the other is like that. i dont think they had a convo where they actually told each other what they felt and understood it and not escalate thr fight further.

No you're good. But yeah Jaehyuk isn't gonna understand but he knows to a point how it kinda effects Garam. However, Garam is already in a bad head space and has been his Ex reappeared. Just need time mo ultimaines

I don't have any experience when it comes to dating so I really don't know how to explain my perspective. I believe both of them have red flags of their own. People blame Garam and some blame Jaehyuk, however in my perspective, both of them have done things that caused their relationship to go down this hill.
We should understand Garam's side. He has traumas about past relationships and was never able to cope up with those. I believe one of the reasons was because he never had a constant person to be his support system. It's alright to become alone in life, but being lonely is worse. Shutting out reality is Garam's way to cope up and fight traumas inside him and it's BECAUSE that's what he does before. The thing is, he still brings the traumas he has and compare it to present, that's why he's always afraid of things that are happening.
Jaehyuk on the other hand, is being selfish. Just because he thought he's doing everything for Garam, such as cutting off people, spending a lot of things, and etc. He thought those are beneficial in their relationship and that's what he thought is the best to keep their bond unbreakable, by eliminating those people that can break them. However, the things he does gives anxiety and more trauma to Garam.
I don't know how more I can explain, I'm not really good at explaining. However, the only thing I know that can help is communicating after taking a breather away from each other. I believe, that's what Garam is trying to do. On the time they are ready to talk, listening, understanding, and asking questions are a must.
A conversation can never be meaningful if you don't understand a thing.
