it’s such a wholesome mix of coming-of-age, school life, and genuine friendships, everything about it just feels so warm and adorable. it’s been one of my all-time favorites since i was in 9th grade. it honestly comforted me a lot during puberty. the long chapters might look intimidating at first, but trust me, they’re all so worth it. and there’s no romance between chapters 0–250 focus purely on their growths and friendships
