That would be really random as this is the same universe as lovesick dog. I'm thinking more clone/ lab/ scientific babies or intersex. I'd be shocked if this turned out to be an omegaverse as I definitely think it's more religion/ pharmaceutical ethical corruption...hence the pharmaceutical company keeping tabs on him.
I'm seeing ppl theorizing about this being an omegaverse story bc of the flyer and stuff. At first I wasn't fully convinced bc the story seemed going through a very realistic route but I remember how black hair guy said he was sick?and this happens often? Hmmmmmmm
