I was thinking about ways to make the story make sense because the sheer amount of images that Toda thinks about would be ridiculous if it was all just Aya, but your theory makes so much sense.
I just saw so many comments saying how lewd her thoughts her but this was how I saw it from the start to be honest, she conjured up images to descriptions when people read them out in their heads, hence when Mana described her bra she didn't use a lot of detail which left Aya to interpret the style of bra with Mana only describing the colour and pattern.
It does make the most sense and I completely agree with what you're thinking about Ayas power. Plus the time when Ayas mom saw Todas shirt, Aya knew Todas face and could fill it in because the mom wasn't describing the 'Toda' she was thinking in very much detail.
Yeah exactly, Ayas mum probably just thought of "high school boy" but Aya knew what boy she was thinking about so used her imagination to create Toda in place of the generic boy her mum thought of.

I don't think that she herself has perverted images to go with his thoughts I think it's more like he describes it in his thoughts which caused her to create these images based on the descriptions. It's like reading a book, you aren't perverted if it explicitly describes a scene which you then picture within your mind.
