I hope the anime will not really follow the manga because atp idek if Hirose will ever have feeling for Nakamura. And the teacher x student interaction definitely kinda weird.
I hope so. My complaint is that why Nakamura feels like a side character in his own (supposedly love/romantic) story. Hell, a comic relief, even.
I thought the author was gonna clear the weird thing up with maybe make the two teachers look like they got something going on between them, but maybe I had too high of an expectation

bcs what about the scene after Hirose got dumped? The window scene where they talk about first girlfriends and kissing? Nakamura wasn't even there.It was for our (readers) eyes. Hirose and Otogiri got this icky aura around them. They were very very sus. I know it's probably just a crush on Hirose's side with him looking up to Otogiri bcs he's a cool adult. Still, why? Was it necessary? And the next scenes after??? Not even gonna talk about the infimary scene. The going to the barber together? Was it necessary?
It was uncomfortable to read, and it's not even because of the Teacher x Student thing (bcs I don't yuck someone's yum, and I'm not trying to be a moral police bcs I'm sure people can differentiate between fiction and reality) but because of how THIS STORY IS ABOUT NAKAMURA (WITH HIS NAME ON THE TITLE) BUT HE GOT CUCKED HERE AND THERE!!!
