finally found it in a mpreg non omegaverse list. it's https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/how_to_tame_a_knight_monster_edition/
the top is a wolf (tho mgg only has 1 chapter and he doesn't take on his wolf form yet) and the bottom is a masculine human. i think he might be a guard? he gets taken captive by the top and i know there is eventual mpreg and lactation. please help. i haven't found this in any list so far.
