Ohhh love that. Had someone recomend me some before but they were guideverse and you read creating hidden endings.

I avoid guideverse stuff because the ones I’ve read in the past have lots of assault in them/ dubious consent- it might just be the small sample I’ve tried? Are these recs like that?

Tbh I haven't read open the door yet. So I can't say if it has dubious consent. But for guiding hazard the guide/seme does reject the esper/uke for "guiding" and when it does finally happen he asks for consent but it's still happening when their not 100% in their right mind. So you can decide if you do or do not want to read it :))

I totally get you, same reason i avoid them too but someone recomended me some when i asked for recs, like hunter wants to live quietly, that dont have assault, torture and whatnot.

This was their reply:

From these i started guiding hazard and it actually had very very consentual and respectful relationships portrayed betwen the MCs.

Crazy I just read dazzling breath it’s actually really good and doesn’t have the tropes I hate that are almost glamourised? It instead uses them to paint a dystopian society. Very plot focused rather than romance which I love. Maybe I’ll give more a try. I was so pleasantly surprised and the art is gorgeous
