From my understanding, uke will live on because the granny tied his life to the seme's to extend his lifespan. However there is a limit to how long the uke’s lifespan can be extended due to all the damage his soul has suffered and since the uke and seme now have their lives tied to one another, the seme will die whenever the uke does.

So like does he have his lifespan back? Or did he take from semes lifespan? Whats happening. Or since she said they will be sewn together will they both die after the baby??? Im a bit confused
