I don't think she's a full-grown adult. Just because she has memories from her past life doesn't mean her brain is fully developed. Maybe she thinks she’s an adult because of her past memories, but she's still actually a child. This is my theory, based on that one chapter where she was complaining about being an adult yet unable to win an argument with her fiancé, and also because she didnt learn immediately how to talk as a baby even though she knew words
