There is mpreg, but it's not like the typical omega getting pregnant and giving birth. It's explained in the story, but to make it short, all of the main character's family are alphas and therefore are not able to get pregnant. With a blessed fig or whatever it is, the alpha gains a small womb to carry a child with a chosen partner, regardless of the alpha's gender. The small womb will carry a egg that gets birthed after a few month. And when the baby is out, it will stay in the egg till it hatches after a few more months. Its like 12 months in average for the child to be fully out of the egg. But the egg is due to the small created womb not too big so the alpha doesnt show much.
It's explained in the very early chapters.
