There is a sequel, 無口な想いは愛になる, for after they start dating. It's not exactly another volume though, sadly and it's only 2 episodes last updated Mar 2022. If I have time I'll translate it.

its been 5 years and no volume 2... this is like one of my fav manga ever and i reread it multiple times every year t_T and every reread i forget theres supposed to be a volume 2, get excited at the end then sad. (have a goldfish memory)
