I forgot to add, Hyeseop is actually the best option for him since he showed to Jihan that he was willing to care for him and choose him even if that means letting go of anyone else. The day when Jihan found Jinyeong with someone else and Jinyeong preferring to call him as just a “college friend” triggered Jihan’s past memory of Seongbin with another, and that played a part in how Jihan perceived his relationship with Jinyeong as something discardable. Though they should’ve just communicated.
Also, in my opinion it had a bit too much sex scenes. It would be better if we used that to dive into the characters personalities. Thought I might just be over analyzing things so yeah that’s it. Overall it was a good story! The twinkification was horrendous though. It’s fun to read something like this sometimes. (≧∀≦)
The ending was bittersweet, I genuinely felt bad for Jinyeong and his unreciprocated love but it was for the best. Jinyeong had problems especially with his mother and the best thing was to move on, I hope he finds someone who will love him the same way he loved Jihan.
Anyways I was quite satisfied with the ending with Jihan overcoming his fear of being discarded and him actually talking about loving Hyeseop back, plus points since Hyeseop’s family accepts Jihan unlike Jinyeong’s mother. I do wish for side stories.
As for Seongbin, I understood his choice back then. Realistically speaking, his career was in the line however it doesn’t excuse what he said to Jihan, he could’ve spoken properly to him and instead of leaving him in the dark, he should’ve communicated with him. Though I suppose even if they were still together it wouldn’t properly work out, since it is evident that Seongbin prioritizes his career as an actor. It was understandable when Jihan said “I wished you had that courage back then.” Not everything can be brought back just because you changed, the other person’s feelings are also important in considering the relationship. He was too late in explaining himself, he made that decision and he should just leave it. Though him coming back did give Jihan closure so that’s that.
