What I can say about this is that the plot (from the novel) changed since his fight with Fury King.
At first, I like it. Because it give more importance to Odin and Ragnarok. Their existence and the why Rokan regressed. However, when Rokan suddenly become a hero, I feel like his personality changed. His personality is one of the reasons why I like Rokan. His arrogance and his way of thinking.
Then, there's also the healer. The reason I dislike her is because it feels like her existence was forced to become a love interest.
Lastly, the story was rushed. A lot of Rokan's potential gone because the Lord is gone. (Damn. Even the one I'm waiting for is gone. The final of the race quest was so interesting.) In the novel, Rokan has the ability to fight one vs many, and it was so cool to read.
Unfortunately, I can't like this new story line as much as the one in the novel. Because, again, too much has changed. (And I can't see Lion King too! He was supposed to appear in the race quest story. TT)
I'm now still at chapter 163. Will try to read more. Hopefully something changed to the more interesting one.
Oh, I forgot to mention this. In the early chapter, we saw Odin teaching someone that use lightning. I suspected that it was Zeus. However, in the new season, we can't see Zeus among Ragnarok higher ups. Where's he? Nidhogg was there, so why Zeus isn't?
