The "new" one was active for a bit and who tried to log in got hacked afterwards... Never use your main email on these sites, just saying
i tried the new one and never got hacked. the fact that you can login means they already have your info.
I think for a while, people were also finding fake bato mirrors and mistaking them for a new official site. Until I see uplouders mentioning a new site, like in the first page bit, I wouldn't really trust anything. But on that note, I have been seeing a number of uploads originating from Rinko, but I think that site is managed by a single scanlation team.
There's also a new site I stumbled upon that pulls uploads from multiple scan groups. Like for a single chapter, it'll show multiple scanlation teams to pick from. But I'm not entirely sure if the scanlation teams are uploading themselves, or if their sites are just being scraped
I admit I also used it to get a part of my lists back. I logout and clean everything afterwards and I had no problem (thankfully), but on discord there were some who got hacked and had the suspicion it was because of the new bat, so... I don't trust it
