Agree. It sounds easy to decide for him to just cut everything off that'll harm their relationship but in the long run, all your bad decisions and choices will slowly file up and will eventually crush you down. He isn't a big time CEO that controls the economic structure of their country ffs, why is he being so unreasonable.
Sound romantic? yes, but he also need to see the bigger picture. The world isn't a place with only the two of them eventually they'll need socialize and blend with the world.

I agree but I also think the reason Jaehyuk is like that is because he’s also actually very insecure about their relationship, especially since Garam doesn’t even fully accept that Jaehyuk could be into guys. He acts impulsively trying to hold on to his bf because Garam literally always has one foot out the door. His default with every obstacle is “maybe it’s best we’re not together”. Asking Jaehyuk to lie to his friends is just doubling down on him thinking how easy it is for Garam to leave him, since noone really knows about them anyways
If I had a boyfriend who could cut ties with everyone in the world like it's nothing just because I said so today... I would worry too. I know that's what amazing about Jaehyuk, I do admire his simple, determined stubborn mind but as Garam said, you just can't after one word decide and do on the spot anything without thinking twice about the consequences in the long term. Like it's true that overthinking won't do good, but thinking twice before taking any big action is something that Jaehyuk should learn
