I'm pretty sure it wasn't meant to be done. In the end, the Dark Mana guy was probably the same dude we saw fighting him in the beginning, just smaller. At least that's what I thought. There should have been some type of conclusion here.
technically speaking the main objective is already done so I guess this has been completed, but I feel like they could do much more still
