I recently watched the movie and liked it because Uke has some guts to stand up to the rapist Seme. But my excitement made me check out the anime and read the manga, and now I'm just furious. Not only does the Seme rape him, but he also manipulates him, messes with his morals and owned.
I also can’t stand the flute lady in every version. If I could jump into any version, I’d tell her that rape isn’t just a simple thing! Just because the rapist is tall and handsome doesn’t mean his actions should be forgiven! I’d also make sure she doesn’t try to intervene with Uke and instead take him to the police, telling him that Japan has talented orchestra conductors so he doesn’t want to sympathize with a rapist for the sake of his group.
