Okay hold awn cause people be too dumb to comprehend certain parts of characters that is implicitly, in this case explicitly stated, which further probes my confusion as to why dumbasses are out and about claiming outlandish mediocre reviews. It baffles me how the reason, which was conspicuously, nay, spoon fucking fed by the story that their first night for themselves, that dan-dan said something along the lines of only using hyo-hyo as if their relationship was only a convenience for him. Hold that thought okay? Cause I know your attention span isn’t capable of holding it for more than 5 seconds—hyo-hyo took that to heart: he accepted that his love for this man was one-sided; childish, yes, however it may be, that’s just how his character was written: his character stuck to his disposition. he wasn't wishy-washy, no, that’s a person relapsing to his old ways, for fuck sake the man had a traumatic past where he was exploited by a guild and saw someone he loved die due to his incompetence, are you that dense to not see that he was struggling and blaming himself for that? but I digress, hyo-hyo had his head so far up his ass that he assumed the worst—a staple pessimistic character for dramatical stories.

Then, we have this narcissistic opportunistic jealous loser fuckass of a twink double downing on hyo-hyo’s belief that he aint worth shit to dan-dan. as an outsider, no, as someone who has a holistic view of the plot, YOU know that hyo-hyo believing that is some next level bullshit, which is why YOU, the dumbass who can’t understand that hyo-hyo isn’t privy to the whole picture, are so quick to deprive yourselves of the idea that hyo-hyo is more of a character than he is as a guide. as you can see, if you had forgotten—i know, i pity your memory retention so much, circumstances forbade him from confirming with dan-dan, why? bro was in a literal dungeon for crying out loud, don’t you know how unsettled someone would become if someone was feeding them constant trash about a person and having to sit with that notion for almost a week, of course, that shit would start to sound reasonable the more they try to connect two and two together. And if the twink wasn’t enough, this bland old boring middle-aged stuck up cunt was purposely trying to come between hyo-hyo and dan-dan as a way to get hyo-hyo to himself the moment he learned that he might be SS-class, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE (unless if you don’t have eyes, i apologize) that this snake was trying to recruit hyo-hyo so hard to NSA and lost interest the moment when they heard that he might be demoted to A-class. Which makes me question why the heat is so clearly misdirected to hyo-hyo, the poor baby has had enough of your bullfuckery.

Alas, the cliché “why did they just not communicate? oohhh im so mature communication is the key; that’s the moral of the story” never once was there a part in the story that made me say “wtf just communicate” do you see how dumb you’re sounding? no? that’s on you. People have this thing called PRIDE and EGO that makes it hard to simply communicate what’s on their mind. If your dense self hasn’t already figured it out yet as well, circumstances made both parties jump to conclusions. hyo-hyo didn’t ask because he wanted to protect his pride from being hurt that he was nothing more than a convenient guide rather than someone truly loved by dan-dan, as for dan-dan he didn’t know hyo-hyo’s past which made him unaware of how he was treating hyo-hyo to the point of obsession. Communication amirite? you try to fucking communicate and bring up something that’s socially awkward, demeaning, and humiliating without having any idea where you stand in this person’s life. for the love of [redacted due to religion], there wouldn’t be any cases of breakups caused by miscommunication/misunderstandings in real life if it was that easy to communicate with each other.

in short, great story, would recommend.
