I don't think people should be giving this author death threats cause u shouldn't stoop down to that level but writing about p*do fantasies and projecting it onto ur characters is disgusting and absolutely a reflection of the author's morals. How readers can read this and stomach it... I have no idea. And above all, you excusing p*do tropes and calling it "nuance" is so gross

Syundei literally deactivated her account because she was disgusted and distraught that people were accusing her a pedo. It’s not right to say these things or imply something about her. Those sketches that are being spread around are very, very old, back when the characters were just OCs she drew on the web. Back when she’d just randomly pair up different OCs with each other. The characters are fictional. No actual children are being hurt. No fictional children are being hurt either. This isn’t that type of story.
No one should be harassed to the point where they no longer have passion to create. Just because someone draws something using the student and teacher trope it doesn’t mean that they actually want teachers to groom their students. I hope Syundei doesn’t give up on making manga altogether. This is supposed to be a good time for her, since she’s getting one of her works animated. It shouldn’t be like this.
