Man, I really loved the art and sm/dom-play in this manhwa, but the writing feels so sloppyy
Euncheol pretty much used Jonggu the whole time for his own needs, it never mattered to him whether Jonggu was a dog or human as long as he got something out of it. In human-form he used him to relieve his sexual frustrations, made him do chores, etc. And in his dog form, he kept Jonggu to feel less lonely (although I will admit, he took great care of the dog version of Jonggu). I don't want to be too harsh, I do think Euncheol is a good person at heart, even the author said that she tried her best to not make the characters particularly evil, but I feel like it's unfair to just ignore Euncheol's actions because Jonggu was the one who ultimately suffered cuz of it.
With that said, Euncheol acting all butt-hurt when confronted with his rash behavior just further proves that he never considered Jonggu's feelings. So for him to suddenly act desperate when Jonngu finally gains some self-respect and decides to leave seemed like crocodile-tears to me. Also, it's really sad how Jonngu kept thinking about Euncheol till the end, hence why he even went so far as to ask the Dog God to erase memories of him so Euncheol wouldn't have to suffer. Jonggu honestly deserved better than Euncheol (/TДT)/
Jooseong's story was also pretty sentimental, but I don't like how he pursued Euncheol even after knowing he was already with someone else. But tbh I dislike Euncheol more for that, cuz why the heck was he so open to a relationship with Jooseong when he was already screwing around with Jonggu, whom he claims to love and adore so much. I mean, he can have sex with Jonggu in his human form, but a romantic relationship is out of question cuz Jonggu used to be his dog? Bruh.
Also, why did Euncheol reciprocate Jooseong's confession so quickly? Wasn't the whole reason he couldn't be in a relationship this whole time cuz he couldn't find someone sexually compatible? Weirdd
The side stories ended pretty abruptly, and I have mixed feelings about Polo's assertiveness towards Jooseong (T-T)
I would overall say this was an ok story, but it definitely gave me a lot of heartache and unresolved emotions ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
