This is why omegaverse is a fun verse to explore, it can literally change depending on the artist.aside from the basic principles, some stories have more fantasy esque take, like all the people regardless of gender can be pregnant (kashikomarimashita my destiny) or they can change an alpha to omega via drugs, or one look is all it takes to change a beta to omega (kiss me liar). Theres also where verseworld where all dominant alphas have puple eyes and changes to gold when in rut or using pheromones or something (zig stories).
