idk what to feel about this. it was doing so good until it became half bake. ending felt so rushed like the last 20-10 chapters were so cliché. the lines felt so monotonous—I can't explain it well but it felt like they're just throwing dialogues for the sake of moving the plot. it might be the translation but it icks me how they move on so fast from one scene to another scene.

there are so many loopholes and left over plots. i hope they cover this in the side stories (if there'll be some) what happened to the school? those who wanted to support it? the children? how about eudis red-haired friend and luhin? cayen and his ex?

it also feels like the author tried so hard to make eckhart unlikeable that it felt unnatural to me. his hate feels forced and shallow that him transforming then eventually disappearing made me react like "eh? what? that's it??" in the end no one really understood his sufferings and how his actions were mainly because of the trauma he got from his mom. i guess i just expected something more.

and with serene, while I'm glad that she didn't really became a villain here. but her changing from supposed "main lead" to being a eudis guard felt lacking. idk i guess I was expecting more inner thoughts or conversation about this.

even the wedding was so rush (but it was beautiful nonetheless)

too bad the beginning was really good, and i really like the art style.
