The ML is genuinely irredeemable. He literally stood by and watched her get SA’d just to prove a point — how is that something you come back from?

I’ve been noticing this pattern a lot in manhwas lately: the ML treats the FL horribly, crosses every possible line, and then somehow they still end up together like none of it mattered. It’s framed as romance, but it’s actually just toxic behaviour being rewarded.

At some point it stops being “dark” or “complex” and just becomes bad writing
