how is it that she is falling for the toxic ML when there is a perfectly stable, INTERESTING AND INTERESTED IN HER AS A PERSON (when the ML sees her as a person, ill eat a freshly worn workers boot ) MAN RIGHT THERE FOR THE TAKING. literally set to marry the man too but NOOOOOO we want pretty hot shit Salad over here. IM SO FUCKING FRUSTRATED especially with how the writing is terrible romance wise but for a story outside of that I like it a lot cuz the characters arent one note. Salad tho can die, he should be the villain and antagonist AND THATS IT this shouldve been like that other story like 'I gotta get my husband on my side' where the adoptive brother does not get the girl in the end.
