He has a lot of split personalities. It seems he has at least one that is appealing for each person in the room at the end. They're all aware of these split personalities but he only becomes aware of them right at the end.
I don’t understand 2 at all. I get that he has DiD, but was the very end implying that all the people they had met were also part of his various personalities? So that girl and the doctor were personas as well? How did he fck the doctor then? I feel like the reveal would have been cooler if it was a little more clear.
